The military institute trains specialists in Signal Intelligence (SIGINT). During their training, cadets study and gain skills in operating technical intelligence means, conducting radio interception and direction finding, as well as technical signal analysis. In addition, cadets take part in information and analytical training and a leadership course, which allows graduates to be perceived not only as military intelligence specialists, but also as effective crisis managers. The level of training of our graduates allows them to act as tactical-level experts on issues of national security and defence.
Modern armed conflicts are impossible without the use of communication and data transmission systems. Getting access to enemy information systems lets you uncover the enemy's plans and win the battle. This is exactly what SIGINT is for.
SIGINT specialists are unique professionals in the field of intelligence information technologies. The essence of their work is to obtain intelligence information by intercepting radio emissions from enemy communications systems, radars and navigation systems, as well as to process and analyse this data. This reveals the coordinates of enemy targets, troop strength and enemy intentions. SIGINT specialists carry out their tasks on land, in the air and at sea, obtaining extremely important information about the enemy. They are the true elite of military intelligence.
